Legislative Conference Committee Recommends Specific Reforms To Budget Process
Senator John A. DeFrancisco (R-I-C, Syracuse) today announced that the New York State Legislative Conference Committee on Budget Reform has reached an agreement that would help to ensure that a budget is place if a spending plan is not adopted by the Legislature and the Governor by the legal deadline.

Bill Would Allow Onondaga County Water Authority To Implement Water Project
Senator John A. DeFrancisco (R-I-C, Syracuse) today announced that the New York State Senate has passed a bill he sponsored (S5967) which, if enacted into law, would provide the Onondaga County Water Authority (OCWA) with the authorization it needs to bid for the construction and operation of a water transmission and distribution system in the Town of Onondaga.
